Stapper, may want to include Google Insights for Search (or “Trends 2.0″). Why they decided to rename it when they added all the new features is beyond me.

Cory- you should try 1-800-FREE411. They have done some revamping in their voice recognition and I have yet to have a problem! They also have government and residential listings (which Goog411) in addition to business listings. Hope this helps!

Thanks for the reminder on the phone service. When I switched phones I lost the contact number and just completely forgot to seek it out again. I must say that the voice recognition capabilities on 800-GOOG-411 is a little weak, but free is better than local directory listing fees.
